A 57 mile ride on the Sunrise Trail

Today’s joyous vagary was a 57 mile ride on the Down East Sunrise Trail, riding from Ayer Junction Rd in Pembroke, ME to Cherryfield, ME. It was a perfect day for a ride, with nothing but pure sunshine, a light breeze, and temps rising into the low 70’s. After the first few hours of riding, the number of ATV’s on the trail were becoming abundant. Everyone looked to be enjoying their own vagaries.

The trail was in good condition, and easily navigated with a fat tire bike. The day couldn’t have been more perfect – it was simply joyous all around!
