Continuing on our Eastern Continental Journey, we headed north to Burlington, VT, one of our off-the-trail city haunts. It was a fun day of shopping at the Golden Hour (a fun eclectic gift shop) and Saratoga Olive Oil Co. (so many oils and vinegars, so little time to sample!), discovering some wonderful murals, and being on the Line Island Rail Trail. We capped off the day with a Lake Champlain sunset dinner cruise aboard the Spirit of Ethan Allen.
We had a lovely dinner, enjoyed a couple of drinks and watched the sunset with some fellow travelers during the cruise on Lake Champlain.
